In a nutshell, I look at how cells know when their DNA gets damaged and how they fix it.

That involves a lot of time looking at cells under a microscope!

      Hey paseongha,

I look at quite a few things……one of the big ones for me is amount of cholesterol in the blood after I’ve administered a treatment. I also look at gene expression using glowing proteins or things called western blots. I also look at how much LDL cholesterol cells are taking-up using glowing LDL particles.

Hi! I look at how RNA is copied from DNA and how this is kept under control in worms. The RNA that is copied from the DNA is then used as a blueprint to make proteins.
