• Question: Do scientists discuss gossip?

      Oh yes. I read the metro on my 15 minute train ride to work every morning.
      Often there’s general gossip at lunchtime, with university gossip happening all the time.
      The new swimming pool is set to open in May, and there’s gossip about that.
