• Question: do you think there is life on ther planets?

      Hi tessa,

      there probably is life on other planets……I don’t however think we should be spending billions trying to discover it when our home planet is in such a mess!

      Yes, almost for sure. There is this thing called the Drake Equation, where a guy tried to calculate the possibility of there being intelligent life in the Milky Way by looking at different factors. In the end, he found that there about 10 000 planets in our galaxy which may host intelligent life. There are over 100 billion galaxies in the universe that have so far been detected… so the odds are very high 🙂

      Yes. Somewhere, the universe is huge. There’s life on earth – no reason their isn’t life on another planet in another solar system.

      Not human life as we know it – I think there is bacterial life or other organisms alive out there!!
