• Question: How did you make the worm glow?

      Hey! I just answered a similar question, so I’ll tell you the same thing 🙂
      You can inject DNA coding for a gene into the worm’s gonad (which is basically their private parts, I’m not too sure if they enjoy it… :S) and they will end up laying eggs with babies that express the gene you injected. I injected two genes, one of protein that glows green and one of a protein that glows red. If you look at the worms under a UV light, they glow! I’ll try to put a pic!
