Question: How long did it take for you to make the glow worms go red and green at the same time?

  Hey Becki! Usually it’s quite easy to introduce a gene into worms and get it expressed. However, for the research I wanted to do, we had to get these genes into the chromosomes of the worms. So it was very tough… it took about one year.
