0 Question: If you don't have ideas/plans, what do you do for the day? Asked by dw84hghe to Chris, Kay, Kerstin, Lorna, Liv on 17 Mar 2010 in Categories: Downsides.
Kerstin Zechner answered on 17 Mar 2010:
I always plan for the next day, so I’m usually always busy. If I have an half an hour of waiting, I’ll read scientific papers.
Kay Penicud answered on 18 Mar 2010:
There are always things to do in the lab! I might read up on similar work to my own being done by other scientists. I’ll design a new experiment. But honestly there’s never been so much as an hour when I’ve had nothing to do!
Olivia Hibbitt answered on 19 Mar 2010:
hey dw84hghe,
this happens less than you think…..but usually what I do is go on pubmed and read papers to get some more ideas……that or muck around on facebook!
