• Question: Is there a possiblity of shrinking when you get older?

      yep – our height, bones, body, parts of our brain and our muscles shrink!

      Hey sclarke,

      only if you contract the dreaded shrinks like in the Twits! Seriously though, you can shrink a little when you get older, this mainly comes from things like the joints between the bones in your back being less springy….also if you don’t keep yourself fit then older people tend to hunch as their muscles become weaker, that can contribute.
