• Question: sikk man, thats a good 1500m time! i run the 800 in 2:15 :) any tips?

      Well done, good to hear your 800m time.

      It’s all about running the miles in training. And allowing for recovery.
      Do you go to a running club? There should be one near you with a middle distance coach.

      I used to run about 30 miles a week, then had a few years at University covering 50-60 miles a week.
      Got a 10k down to 32:50 – this need some long 2 hour runs, and some six mile tempo runs at 6 minute miling every week. I need to start doing this again, just been out jogging in the last year to keep fit, with the odd race for fun.
