• Question: What coding do you do C++/C/html/php/css/java/vb?

      I use matlab quite a lot. Matlab is a scientific programming language with good graphics, it’s built around manipulating matrices and is widely used in the academic community.

      I also use C++ and perl. Perl is good at manipulating strings – text and there’s lots of this in bioinformatics – from DNA and protein sequences to text annotations of what genes do.
